Each property and situation is different and unique in its own way. There are properties that require less maintenance and less hands on while there are some properties that are older and may require much more attention. Our pricing model is designed to price each property and situation with the fairest price that makes sense both for the property owner and for us.
For example, it would not be fair to price a $2000 per month house that is built in the 1950’s and is in a statistically higher crime area the same as we would price a house worth $4000 built in 2020 in a low crime area. In this particular case, the newer house would be charged a lower percentage. Our pricing model is built on 3 fundamentals:
1) Year built and or overall condition of the house
2) Crime statistics in neighborhood and surrounding areas
3) Income per capita in surrounding areas
